Are you considering buying a portable greenhouse? Ask the man that owns one. The low price and long time value of the Gardman four shelf portable greenhouse should be considered. I have used it each spring time for the last six years making it well worth the purchase price. Each shelf is sturdy enough to hold the weight of starter trays or flower pots full of starting soil and water. The fully zippered covering with tie backs opens and closes easily. The unit itself measures only 62 inches high by 27 inches wide by 19 inches deep when assembled. The compact size does not consume much space but it is big enough to do the job. I recommend keeping the shipping carton so the portable greenhouse can be disassembled and packed away for re-use.
The item ships in a 13 pound carton. When you receive it you have to assemble it. The approximately 1/2″ diameter tubular frame press fits in place into plastic shelf brackets. The four shelves come full size and are bent on the edges to keep them from sliding off the frame. Once assembled it rolls around the patio easily on the wheels that came with my purchase.
